1. Could you describe your work?
My installation/sculpture « Possibilities of Landscape (Forest) » is a group of things that look like cut trees, but they are transparent, light. The whole sculpture is made out of adhesive tape.
2.What are you referring to? What are the references enclosed in your work?
I’m interested in creating a spatial situation that is poetic, melancholic and surprisingly fragile. I’m interested in a certain longing for something called « nature ». This nature, I guess is not or not anymore existing, but still there are ways to create an artificial landscape/situation that feeds this longing.
3.How would you like your artwork to be red or felt by the audience?
A physical experience that leads to associative thoughts and the experience of fragile, enigmatic beauty.
4. What is the most intimate part of this artwork?
For me, when I’m making it, for the audience when they perceive it.
